Happy New Year, everyone! Here's a quick look at what we've been up to in the last quarter:
We had hinted about our Bengaluru GTM led by Mithun our Head of Sales, in the previous update. The GTM has sharpened much more from tele-pitching to appointment scheduling, demos, case studies, and estimates. The pre-sales team is focused on fixing appointments, while our senior BD team is meeting CXOs on the ground regularly.
Despite some disruptions due to holiday breaks between Diwali and Pongal, we have built a strong pipeline of more than 20 large builders in this geography. These relationships hold strong potential for sales closures in the coming quarters.
In addition to our geographic focus , we are also spending a lot of time on the niche of Senior living. This is a space we have done some tremendous work for one of India’s largest player and we truly believe we have a right to win large end-to-end deals leveraging product + outcome based digital marketing services. This focus has two reasons:

We are also seeing heavy inbound keyword search and demand for IDX powered webstores from across the world. Our Realiti.io tech platform is totally comparable and in fact more feature rich than some of the US alternatives such as placester and <<arun to suggest>>. We have brought in a new performance marketer, Babu, who is setting up a dedicated team to drive broker sales. Babu has proven success in digital marketing for global products from India. Along these lines, we’re also laying the groundwork for an inside sales team that will manage operations for India and the US.
Our tech team has been hard at work stabilizing operations, exploring website theme options, and developing supporting tools for digital marketing. These upgrades aim to bolster our marketing capabilities and overall user experience.
